£9.49 a month for 3 months, then just £18.99 thereafter with any MyMobile service
Using ADSL technology, Wave broadband allows you to surf the web at super-fast speeds and use your phone at the same time. It's also a flat rate, unlimited service so there’s no need to worry about usage limits or additional charges – you simply pay a fixed monthly fee for high-speed Internet access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How much does it cost?
As long as you have a Wave pay monthly MyMobile or MyMobile Business contract, you will benefit from broadband at just £18.99 per month, with an introductory 3 months ½ price when signing up to an 18-month contract. Alternatively, the stand-alone broadband service is just £22.99.
How do I sign up?
If you are already a Wave Telecom account holder you can contact us on Freefone 0800 735 6500 and we can process your order over the phone. Alternatively, please complete the application form in our shop at 24 High Street.
If I’m new to broadband, how do I set up the service?
When your service is connected we will send you an information pack, with a username and password along with some basic instructions. This is relatively straightforward and can be done yourself, or if you wish, a Wave engineer can install the service for a reasonable charge. As a guide, it takes on average 30 minutes to install a wired modem and 60 minutes with a wireless modem. Our engineering work has an initial charge of £60, which includes the first 30 minutes of labour. Work is charged at £30 for every 30 minutes thereafter.
