You then need to complete either the Direct Debit Payment form or the Continuous Credit Card Payment form, depending on how you wish to pay your bill.

Please note that when purchasing a pay monthly mobile phone or making specific enquiries regarding an existing pay-as-you-go mobile service, photographic identification (a passport or driving licence, for example) and acceptable proof of address (bank/credit card statement, recent utility bill, government issued letter etc) is required for security purposes.
